Headed by Alison Montague and Nigel Dodds the finance team at AMP has two key but distinct roles:

Financial Management
The AMP team has widespread experience of the operational finance needs of their Public Sector clients.

The individuals have been involved in providing development and operational accounting functions for more than 15 different public private partnership schemes dealing with assets of over £200m and turnover of more than £15m.

AMP currently provides accounting services to two LIFT companies with an annual turnover of more than £2 million and assets of over £50m.

They are able to ensure that the day to day financial administration of schemes run smoothly with a strong client focus.

They are also well placed to ensure that all relevant accounting information is produced in a timely and efficient manner as well as being fully versed with the latest NHS financing procedures and accounting rules.

Funding Solutions
A key role in the success of Public Private Projects is the ability to source and negotiate efficient funding solutions.

The AMP infrastructure team were innovators in structuring finance for NHS PFI projects from the outset and have a wealth of experience in providing financing that provides affordability and value for money solutions.  For over ten years Alison and Nigel have arranged senior funding, sub-debt and equity totalling over £300m for PFI and LIFT schemes.

The AMP team will continue to use its experience and relationships to facilitate new financing streams.  This is evidenced by the current use of new sources of finance that are being used on our latest development project with NHS Medway.
