Corporate Services
AMP currently provides corporate management services for two NHS LIFT Co’s, Medway LIFTCo and Redbridge & Waltham Forest LIFTCo. This includes provision of nonexecutive and executive directors and general managers at each Board. Further information is available on these companies.

AMP staff are very well qualified to provide this specialist service having worked exclusively on PPP projects for the NHS spanning over 15 years including the management of a portfolio of thirteen project companies.

Staff include a qualified accountant, qualified construction professionals and a Chartered Director.

AMP provide not only a high level of expertise in this specialist area of corporate services but also have a network of excellent business relationships with NHS professionals, the Department of Health, local authorities, consultants and supply chain partners.

Asset Management   

AMP currently provides both Facilities Management and Asset Management services to two NHS LIFTCo’s.

This again builds on the experience of providing similar services to PPP project companies as identified above.

Asset Management Services include:

      - Liaison with tenants and help desk reviews
      - Monitoring supply chain performance using KPI’s
      - Reporting and acting on performance measures
