AMP’s management team have many years experience working with partners from both public and private sectors, whether they be individuals or large corporate entities.

Each partner is held in high regard and respect for each is the cornerstone of AMP’s business ethos.

Whether client or supply chain, we believe the foundation of a successful partnership is one of open communication and knowledge transfer.  How can partners understand and respect each other without being kept informed and properly engaged at all times.

Partnering should not be wholly reliant on process and procedure. Whilst these are important to keep partners engaged, AMP strongly believes in the power of people working together in an open, collaborative and honest way.

AMP’s business is founded on Public Private Partnerships.  For over 15 years AMP’s management team have been solely engaged with partnering with the public sector.  The success of this experience is manifest by the delivery of over 100,000m2 floor space in new facilities for NHS and Social Care   providers.  AMP provides Facilities Management to over 15,000m2 of this accommodation.

This level of success can only be possible by knowing what is important to people, people matter to AMP.
